Cancellations & Return Policy

We, at Genda Phool, take absolute care about hygiene of our manufacturing premises and the people involved in it. 

 

It has always been our endeavour to ensure that your goods reach you safely, in the perfect condition and on time. However, due to certain factors, like perishable & delicate nature of our product, third-party shipping, wrong or incomplete address or any other factors beyond our control, there can be times when the same doesn’t happen. 

 

Since our products are made-to-order, orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

 

However, in case of any dissatisfaction or grievances, we will address it in the following manner: 

 

Customers need to communicate the same to  us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and submit accurate and sufficient photographic and video evidence of the same on info@gendaphool.co 

We will review it and revert within 24 hours of this submission. 

 

If the evidence is found satisfactory, we will initiate the procedure to replace / exchange the goods immediately. Your goods will be picked up and new ones will be delivered to you within 48 hours of confirmation of the same. 

 

Customers need to apprise us of product damaged during shipping within 24 hours. They also need to mention the same on the delivery confirmation note while taking the delivery and submit the pictures and video evidence to us on info@gendaphool.co 

In-case of confirmation of the same from the third-party shipper, we will initiate the procedure to replace the same as per our stated policy above. 

 

In case of non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address, or non-availability of any contact person at the delivery address, our guarantee of return / replacement / exchange is not valid. 

 

Please note that we, as a company, do not offer refunds on goods sold and we reserve the right to replacements or exchange. 

 

We will always ensure that there are no grievances left unaddressed and every customer has the most delightful Genda Phool experience.
